"Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid."

"This hotel is full of mold bad for health and unpleasant to sleep in. No amenities, no pool and the sheets covered, towels, are dingy, and the beds are extremely old."

"Summer House Inn was great!! Great location, reasonably priced, and just a quick 15 min walk to the touristy area but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. It’s peaceful garden sanctuary hidden from the street. Breakfast was perfect, the Summer House Inn staff are AWESOME. Rodney and Jennyfer are super sweet and extremely helpful. They were the highlight of our trip to San Andres!! Highly recommend!!"

"La primer noche no funcionó el aire acondicionado, y me cambiaron de habitación y en la segunda habitación no había agua caliente y no me pude bañar y por la noche me bañé y se acabó el agua! El personal de el lobby sólo me decía que no sabían del tema!"
