A Truly Exceptional Stay at Grand Sirenis. San Andrés’ Hidden Gem! From the moment I arrived at Grand Sirenis, I knew I had chosen the right place. My room featured a private balcony with a breathtaking ocean view, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the island’s beauty. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, creating a peaceful retreat after days of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I must highlight Cristian, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s truly an exceptional person, professional, kind, and always willing to help with a warm smile. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of San Andrés, just minutes from the island’s main attractions, stunning beaches, and lively commercial centers. Whether you’re heading out for a day of adventure or a stroll through local markets, everything is conveniently close by. The food was delicious, with a good variety to please every palate, and the service was top-notch throughout. The property was always clean and well cared for, and there’s ample parking for buggy cars, which is a huge plus for those who love to explore the island on wheels. All in all, Grand Sirenis is truly one of the best (if not the best) hotel in San Andrés. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This is the worst stay at a resort I have ever had. I hope this helps everyone, because I was very excited to stay at another Grand sirenis branch and was very happy with ny previous locations. I paid for an upgraded ocean view room, it was dirty, it smelled, it was leaking un Der the sink and the washer was not draining to the point the water was coming out the shower. No customer service, everyone was rude, I did not feel welcoming. At the food or bar area I felt like I did not want to order anything due to their attitudes!!! I wanted to no be at the Hotel any longer and just ate out the whole time and did not even want to be in the hotel. They did offer to move us but then this is such an inconvenience after everything is unpacked and you have limited time - this was honestly so disappointing and would not believe any of the rating they say here.

On the plus side, the windows to the balcony are super thick cutting out the majority of outside noise - which is extensive. Besides this, the room is your average 3 - 4 star hotel in America. Think Holiday Inn express or a Marriott Courtyard at best. Interior corridors at this hotel are not really air conditioned. Hot and muggy throughout the hotel. Sadly, this facility is probably one of the best on the island. Overall, San Andes is a second tier beach resort town. I don’t think there is a value of $400+ a night at this hotel. People are friendly and helpful. But if you are expecting something above a 3.5 star service, this resort and San Andrés in general is probably not for you. I have heard from the locals that Providencia is more laid back and quiet. I may try there another time.

The hotel is very good, although it is not finished, but that does not interfere with the development of what you want, which is to rest, sunbathe, eat very well, everything that is offered is what you get, the staff is very friendly They always have a smile and a good attitude towards the guest, the resetsion girls are very friendly, the man with the suitcases is the best, always very friendly, and all the restaurant staff are very friendly, in general excellent, highly recommended. The hotel is wonderful and the service was outstanding from beginning to the end. Live music every night in the lobby with bar opened late. Beautiful infinity pool and lovely Italian restaurant. I had an issue with the firm mattress the first night and guest services was able to switch out our mattress for a softer one! Our only issue was the the drinks at the bars were very light. I understand an all inclusive hotel wants to keep cost down. We went across the street to the liquor store to buy drinks. That was our preference and liking. And the buffet lunch and dinner foods we luke warm to cold. The breakfast was hot and delicious everyday. That was the only hiccups but the service and friendly staff outdid themselves. Super super nice time and on to remember.
