"Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid."

"The room clearly needed someone to say - hey maybe we should clean the mildew off of the bathroom faucet and the shower drain. Toilet seat not on tightly kept moving around and the toilet paper holder kept falling off not on tight. It was funny because one of the owners was there evaluating the hotel and was talking pictures on my floor. Take a look at room 420 and you’ll see what I mean."

"The room was outdated. The bathroom had more in the baseboard showerhead full of mold. The room also smelled humid as if the walls were wet in the fridge was moldy. The beds were not comfortable. They would sink in the pictures in the website does not reflect when you’re there in person. The pool also does not look like the picture it was. The water was very murky tiles are coming off. The sitting area is all gray instead of white. The food in the restaurant was not the best breakfast was very...

"Tive uma experiência maravilhosa no Dreamer Beach Club. Tudo superou as minhas expectativas. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e fez com que eu me sentisse em casa. Recomendo este hotel para quem procura conforto e uma estadia tranquila em San Andres."

"Pagar vista al mar es un robo, la vista es totalmente diferente a lo que muestran en fotos, lo que ves es una construcción y el mar muy pero muy lejos, había insectos en el cuarto y el internet nunca funcionó, y el televisor no tenía canales nacionales, ósea no tenían cable, un hotel muy costoso con muy mal servicio, dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y nunca lo arreglaron, no pierdas tu dinero en este hotel de tan mal servicio."

"Great staff, you’d rather stay there and get a “Mulita” to visit the island they have access to everything at a great price. Beautiful beaches specially at this hotel, I am already planing to go back there and will let all my friends to go there. Jose at the front desk was super helpful and Javier is the man for any rentals or tours. Room are small but you technically go to sleep. Restaurant has great food as well"

"For a hostel it was a great stay. I stayed on week days so there was absolutely no music during the night like other reviews have mentioned. There was only one other guest in the room, so pretty quite almost all the time when in the room. Plenty of showers and toilets. Near everything pretty much. 32 minute walk from airport if you don't feel like paying a taxi. Just FYI, there's no Uber on the island."

"Most of the staff was ok. It rained really bad, and my room got flooded. There was no staff at night, so I had 2 clean it myself... on vacation.. on my bday week. I had a friend that could have helped me, but unless they're staying wu, they dont allow them up (I mean really?!) Breakfast was ok, but ur only allowed 2 eggs... I am on a special diet, and I dont eat simple carbs... all i asked 4 was 1 addition egg 4 my omelet. I mean, really?!! I spoke w the manager... and still nothing. So.. I...

"First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible. The service at the pool is also horrible. No one pays attention and to even get anything is ridiculous impossible. This is 0 star forget 5 star hotel! Never would go here...
