"Our stay was heavenly. The room is large, well-appointed, quiet, and front desk was friendly. All staff is friendly and helpful. We were lucky and had a view of the stadium where we happened to view a fireworks show. We really liked that we could walk to Plaza Senaya via an underground tunnel. We attended a concert at the tennis building and were able to walk from our hotel."

"Love, Love, Love! Friendly Staff and Courteous, Variety of breakfast menu, My Favorite Juice bar. Feel Safe. Didn’t get a chance to visit Spa but the pool clean and lovely. My Husband and I will be back to stay at the Ritz again. "

"I liked it a lot -- the only thing I didn't like was the food lol. It was hella mid for the price but there's a food court that's walking distance so dont worry about that. The only thing I would note is that taxis may find the location hard to get to. Other than that, pretty good hotel. The room was cozy and it even had a balcony (which I didn't make use of bc its so hot in Indonesia but I liked that it was there). There was also a kettle which I was NOT expecting. I really appreciate that they put a prayer rug in my room, too. I'll probably state here again when I'm in Jakarta again (next year)"
