My only concern was that the kitchen could have been better equipped. There was no towel, and very limited crockery and cutlery. Location next to a shopping mall with good supermarket and lots of food choices was great.

Excellent staff: very helpful and responsive. Great location next to a shopping mall that has a food hall with wide variety of foods on offer at very cheap prices, plus some more up-market restaurants. Wide range of shops including a useful supermarket. Taxis readily available in the area, allowing you to get straight on to major north-south and east-west arterial roads. The Light Rapid Transit (train) passes close by, as do Transjakarta buses. We felt that the kitchen was not very well equipped with crockery/cutlery; otherwise fine, and very spacious. This was our second time here, and we were disappointed that our second apartment had a couple of problems when we checked in: air-conditioning not working, safe deposit box not working.

First let me say the staff here are amazing. They did all they could to help us. This is not a 5 star hotel. The room we were given was not anything like the photos or IG photos shown. The staff did offer us an upgrade. This upgrade however had some issues. The air barely worked in the room. It took almost a full 24 hours to cool off. We did not sleep the first night. The place where breakfast is served is quite an obstacle to arrive at. Down to a low floor. Outside by pool and cross sky bridge then on to another elevator. The food was good with lots of items. But on the last day……. A roach was viewed on one of the buffet tables. This residence is not as advertised. The rooms feel very dreary and slightly dated. Keeping the corridors hot without air should not even be an option.

I liked it a lot -- the only thing I didn't like was the food lol. It was hella mid for the price but there's a food court that's walking distance so dont worry about that. The only thing I would note is that taxis may find the location hard to get to. Other than that, pretty good hotel. The room was cozy and it even had a balcony (which I didn't make use of bc its so hot in Indonesia but I liked that it was there). There was also a kettle which I was NOT expecting. I really appreciate that they put a prayer rug in my room, too. I'll probably state here again when I'm in Jakarta again (next year)

今回、緑黄色社会のアジアツアーの為にジャカルタに来ましたが、会場から歩いて5分なのはラッキーでした（近くを探したのは事実ですが、ここまで近いとは思わなかった）。 また、小規模ですがジムがあったのも良かったですし、スタッフも気さくで有り難かったです。
