"From a swift check-in to an efficient checkout, everything went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The package included both dinner and breakfast — the breakfast, in particular, was impressive with a wide variety of options. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and always smiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the hotel itself shows signs of age, the quality of service more than made up for it. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!"

"I liked it a lot -- the only thing I didn't like was the food lol. It was hella mid for the price but there's a food court that's walking distance so dont worry about that. The only thing I would note is that taxis may find the location hard to get to. Other than that, pretty good hotel. The room was cozy and it even had a balcony (which I didn't make use of bc its so hot in Indonesia but I liked that it was there). There was also a kettle which I was NOT expecting. I really appreciate that they put a prayer rug in my room, too. I'll probably state here again when I'm in Jakarta again (next year)"
