Hotel Langham Jakarta is a great place to stay. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are large and business locations in CBD are easy to walk to. Sadly we weren't there long enough to explore more of Jakarta.

Great business district hotel

Spotlessly clean hotel with beautiful art deco decor. The service was impeccable and the food very good by hotel standards. The roof-top lounge on the 65th floor was a great place to hangout and have a drink.

The Langham Hotel Jakarta is located in a fantastic position - close to shopping, dining and sporting precincts. The staff were all fantastic and special mention to Arana at the front desk, Fauzy the Sous Chef and Aurel @ Tom’s Restaurant. They all made our stay extra special. Highly recommended!

Stunning design with excellent restaurants in the hotel. The pool and spa are lovely and staff wuite helpful. Minor quibble in our bath, as the shower seal was weak and hence water leaked into the WC area. Also yiful bathtub but the tap supplying it was impossible to decipher. Overall an excellent and stylish choice. Dont miss high tea if you stay there.

This hotel really is one of the best - the service is world class, the food is brilliant and the facilities are just wonderful. A gorgeous hotel—from the entrance, the lobby, the room, and every corner, everything is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious. I informed them that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they prepared a cake and some decorations. Small gestures like this truly warm our hearts and make the stay feel special. All the staff are amazing and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and greeting you with a big smile. The concierge also acted quickly to help us with our suitcases Breakfast in a beautiful place with tons of options! I absolutely love their pastries, coffee, and jamu. Such a lovely breakfast experience!

As soon as we arrived we were amazed by the elegance and luxurious atmosphere of the the premise. Check-in process was smooth and the lady who handle this (forgot her name) politely told my wife that as a The Langham Club member, the check-in process better be done in the Club Lounge. What a nice gesture! The Club Lounge is wonderful, as we arrive around mid-day, it provides you with some refreshment and drinks. The atttendants (Kenzo, Jihad and another gentleman who handled our check-in and restaurant booking) are amazingly polite and kind. Our room at 59th floor was GREAT! has a nice city view, very spacious with all amenities you need when you are away from home. We like its contemporary design very much. Having dinner at Morimoto also is just another wonderful experience. The food was delicious and made by high quality ingredients. Our attendant (Ade) was a good guy! We may call this hotel is one of the best hotel in Jakarta! What a great stay.... Arryo and Ade
