"Stayed here for a week, and I had a very nice stay. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel facilities are nice, and the restaurant food was pretty good. We tried room service and the breakfast. Breakfast was nice, but could have a little more variety. I liked the balcony in the room.
The location is very central, and walking distance to the MRT and to Lotte mall - although the road is pretty narrow and floods quickly in heavy rain.
There is a free washing facility which was very useful. My only issue is that the driers were not great, and damaged some of our clothes while also being slow to dry.
Overall though, a great place to stay."

"I recently stayed at the Fairmont and it completely lived up to it's reputation. The Senayan area is perfectly located for shopping and dining. I played golf at the course near by and it was a short walk to the course. Great hotel I will be back for sure. "

Feel Safe.
Didn’t get a chance to visit Spa but the pool clean and lovely.
My Husband and I will be back to stay at the Ritz again.

"From a swift check-in to an efficient checkout, everything went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The package included both dinner and breakfast — the breakfast, in particular, was impressive with a wide variety of options.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and always smiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the hotel itself shows signs of age, the quality of service more than made up for it.
Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!"
