"The resort is very clean, people are extremely polite. There are plenty of bars, pool options and entertainment. Food was very tasty at all restaurants. We definitely recommend the place for both families and couples/group of friends."

"The staff works unobtrusively around the clock to clean, repair, prep, and perfect everything. Our sea deluxe view room was huge and had perfect views. The pools are gorgeous and perfectly clean, the beach is soft white sand and cleaned 2x a day, there's tons of seating all over the resort so it's easy to find a pool, beach, or restaurant spot. You never wait a long time for food or drinks. Fastest hotel/resort service I've ever had.
One of the best details is its proximity to the little town, which is full of restaurants, smoothie carts, mini marts, tour operators, spas, and scooter rentals. It's all a few minutes walk. You are definitely not stuck here."

"We stayed in a room closer to the lobby, which was very convenient for pool access and breakfast access. Also very close to the main road to walk around
The pool was beautiful! The breakfast options were great. Expect to have the same things daily, with little change, but overall good food and pleasant atmosphere.
Pool bar was nice, resort was very clean. I've seen people complain about construction- you can't even tell/notice! Was not a worry.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've seen complaints from others and I'm really not sure what there is to complain about. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Phuket.
Very family friendly as well, about a 5 minite walk to the beach which is fairly crowded but I wouldn't expect anything else at a destination like this!
