"Staff was amazing "

"Excellent stay...I booked two nights upon arrival and one night on my way out. This was the best place I stayed at during my 10-day trip. I arrived very early in the morning and I was offered breakfast and allowed to check in early which allowed me to shower and take a nap. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and gave me some good tips for local things to do in the city. Breakfast was A+ and it's so nice it's include, plus the coffee machine is delicious and the best from my trip. The beds...

"Hotel molto carino a due passi dal centro. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, siamo arrivati ben prima dell’orario di check-in ma ci hanno comunque dato la camera, cosa davvero apprezzata. Pulizia della camera eccellente, colazione super abbondante e varia, con molte opzioni dolci e salate. Ristorante dell’hotel eccezionale. Altamente consigliato!"

"Fire alarms were set off approximately 11:30pm. Unfortunately after an international flight this was very intrusive. The alarms continued to sound on and off for the better part of an hour with no clear understanding from the team as to how to get them under control. We ultimately left in the middle of the night to find another hotel, as my son was concerned the alarms would continue to sound and could not get back to sleep."

"The pod was an excellent soze for a solo travellor abd the kitchen that was available made it easy to make your own food and save money i an expensive location. I was able to check in early which helped a lot since my flight landed very early."
