"The property was exactly as advertised and our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The location was great with it being easy to walk to any of the big tourists spots and there was parking. We reached out to the owners several times and they were amazing! The only item of not is the property is on a Main Street in a city across from a bus stop so there is some road noise but that is to be expected."

"I would not recommend staying here. It is not conveniently located, not close to anything that you might be interested in. Very basic amenities. New modern very basic room. Breakfast was pretty good. I found it very expensive for what they provided. I stayed in two other hotels in Reykjavik and they were considerably better value for the money."

Front desk staff was welcoming and informative, and the kitchen/lounge area had everything I needed for my stay including a huge communal fridge. The sleeping pods themselves were soundproof as advertised, and super comfy. Centrally located, I felt very safe and close to all the wonderful shops and restaurants of Reykjavik. Would recommend."

"This is a great location . Walking distance to everything you want to see and need . The hotel/apts act as a self service experience much like many of the stays in the area . Your door codes will work promptly at 3p check in . The apt has a small full kitchen at your disposal. A bonus store and a well stocked convenient store with in a short walk. Parking was also available spaces at entrance door and several rarely used spots in lot beside the building on other side."

"Close to downtown and walkable. Adequate for what I needed. Bed was very uncomfortable, TV remote did not work, shower curtain smelled bad, floors were dirty when I got in. I paid extra to check in early and tried to access the room at 2 (regular check in at 3). I called when the code didnt work and they told me they couldn't verify that I paid for early access but the money had already come out of my account. They wanted me to get all the documents and send it to them so they could review it...

"Nice studio apartment in the heart of Reykjavik. It's located on the busy street, so it could be noisy during evenings and especially during Friday and Saturday. Great location! Kitchen was well equipped with necessities for cooking and eating in. Couple of grocery stores near by and plenty of shops. Our apartment had a huge bay window: perfect for watching busy life of Reykjavik. Parking was a challenge as small studio apartment did not have assigned free parking. We managed, but it...

"The Swan House is in a good area for accessing everything in Reykjavik. The apartment and neighborhood were quiet and the host was so helpful with prompt responses to emails. Lots of pubs and good places to eat within a few blocks. Convenience stores were also fairly close."
