"The room had a really nice cosy feel to it and felt spacious. We loved the balcony from which we saw the Northern lights. The bathroom had a good shower and lovely L'Occitane toiletries. Staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. The highlight for us was the breakfast which had plenty of choice and delicious coffee and sourdough which we have not stopped talking about! The Starbucks was handy in reception. We only saw afterwards that we would have got a discount by showing our room...

"My father and I just had a recent stay at Hotel Borg for three nights. We were very upset with the service from the housekeeping staffs looking after our room. When we first arrived to our room, we found out that our welcome fruit basket was empty. That was not what we expected to see at a (5-star?) luxury hotel (as stated on the hotel’s own website). We called and asked about that and the staff came to our room with some fruits in the plastic bags and handed that to us. On the next day after...
