"This hotel was great, private bathroom, bidet. Room was fine for single person. Breakfast buffet was good. Very nice location for great food and stations not far away. Only annoyance was the elevator traffic- this is a huge hotel 40 floors they split the elevator traffic between half the floors 6 elevators for each half top/bottom. Often waiting 5 or so minutes for elevator and squeezing together. "

"This was a really pleasant experience staying at this hotel. I actually didn’t realize how fancy this hotel was when I booked it, but it was a pleasant surprise for sure. The view is stellar, even at the lower hotel level on the 27th floor. The staff was amazing and great to deal with. The breakfast was excellent (both the Japanese a Western ones, though we were partial to the “unlimited” fresh pastries). I would 100% stay here again. "

"Well located hotel, less than 10 min walk from main train station and conveniently located adjacent to new numerous restaurants, pubs, shopping and an entertainment district. Nice clean rooms on the smaller side but well appointed. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, good central location. Room was ok but not quite as good as other hotels we have stayed in during our visit to Japan, there was no pjs, welcome drink or bottled water as supplied in the other hotels that were the same price range and standard, not that that matters but just didn't feel as nice as some of the other hotels we stayed in but credit to the staff."
