Easy check-in and check-out. The hotel is conveniently located near Tennoji Station, one of the major railway hubs. There are also large shopping malls nearby with many restaurants, grocery stores, and popular boutiques. Overall, the hotel is situated in a safe and convenient area for both shopping and sightseeing. A complimentary breakfast is provided in a buffet style.

My stay was two nights and everything was great. The location is uber convenient and close to attractive sites. Hotel staff was friendly. You check in yourself but the staff was ready to help and the amenities are great too. The room was comfortable and it's enough for one person (you can lay down one big luggage comfortably). Everything was clean. While there were some noises from the street they weren't bad and not frequent. The only complaint I have was there wasn't a trash can in the bathroom. I couldn't wake up for the breakfast so no comments on that. One tip to travelers: don't get taxi/uber from the hotel to the airport because it's pretty pricey (nothing to do with the hotel), unless you have people to split the cost with or just have way too much luggages. There's public transportation about 12 min walk away from the hotel.

Everything was as expected for this hotel chain. The area around the hotel is quite accessible but there is a lot of graffiti and it’s a bit run down. It’s a ‘retro’ area but could use a bit of maintenance.

Bathtub drainage was bad, shower water kept changing temperature, dining area was not organized well - getting food lines and returning plates lines were mixed up. I accidentally washed clothes with some tissue paper and made a mess in a washing machine and a dryer. Staff was kind and didn’t blame me at all.

This hotel is on the cheaper side compared to others in the area, so it's a good option if you're looking for value for money. Just a heads-up though, you can definitely hear the train noise, so if you're a light sleeper, it might not be the best choice. Also, things like the gowns and most of the toiletries are located near the front desk. They don't really tell you this when you check in, so keep that in mind.
