After a long travel day, this property was exactly what we needed. We loved the service and we absolutely loved the room. The room was so comfortable and very nice for all 6 of us staying there. There’s even a Family Mart basically next door for our convenience. Thank you so much!!

Traveled with family (4 people, 2 rooms) The location was good. 10 minutes walk from Tennoji Station. The rooms were smaller than expected and dirty. When we entered our rooms, there’re somebody’s hair on the floor and bed, stains on the kitchen wall. And the rooms were so dusty. Drying racks were rusty and hangers were dirty, just like they’ve never cleaned them. On the 2nd day of our stay, the staff didn’t conduct eco-cleaning for one of our rooms, even though we’d put a door magnet before leaving in the morning. The automatic curtain and various types of room light were impressive. And having washing machine in each room’s so convenient, but they should have paid more attention to cleanliness.

少し寒かったけど快適に過ごせました

３度めの利用です。スタッフも覚えていてくれて、お部屋も少し広めのものにグレードアップしてくれました。キッチン付きのお部屋なのですが、調理道具も予めお部屋にセットしてくれ、感謝です。チェックイン前に到着したにも関わらず、お部屋に通してくれ、助かりました。ただ、今回１月の訪問だったため、部屋のエアコンがうまく機能せず、夜や早朝、寒かったのが残念です。寒い季節は毛布などの追加寝具があればうれしいです。

出来たばかりで綺麗なのはいいが、電気系統のコントロールパネルがベッドのとこに付いてるが、どのスイッチがどこと連動してるのか不明。 付いたり消えたり大変でした。 あと、地上波のTVは映りません。
