Das Zimmer war sehr modern, schön und sauber; dieses hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, das Personal äußerst freundlich. Die Lage ist auch gut; ruhig aber trotzdem nah an vielen Ess- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zur Metro sind es ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß, das war absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht groß, aber alles notwendige war vorhanden (Kaffee, Toast, Rührei, Müsli etc.) und für den Preis von ¥800 war das stimmig. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen!

Staff were lovely, you can leave your luggage here after checkout which is great. There is a station less than 10 minutes walk away, and it's pretty close to Dotonburi/Shinsaibashi for food and shopping! There's a Family Mart literally 20 seconds away too! Great base for wandering about Osaka.

部屋がすごい香水臭で変えていただきましたが、変えた部屋も最初ほどではないですが香水臭でかなり気になりました。翌日には慣れ、出先から帰るとまた臭う。窓が開かないので換気が不十分ではないかと思います。 全てコストカットしている感がありますが綺麗で使いやすくはありました。 匂いがだめな人は絶対やめたほうがいいです。

部屋もキレイで、立地も大変便利でそのわりに安く大変よかったです。朝食を後からつけましたが、美味しくコーヒーも持ち出せるようになっていて大変よかったです。ウォーターサーバーもあり、レンジもあり、コンビニで買ったものでも温めて食べれるスペースもあり大変お値段のわりにサービスがカンペキだと思いました。また利用したいです。

I found the property needed to be cleaned and maintained. I realize that there was an EXPO going on in Osaka but I felt the standards we have come to expect in Japan were not met. I feel terrible in saying this but that was the worst breakfast I have had anywhere I've ever traveled. The eggs were runny and cold and the coffee was really cold, we were completely underwhelmed. We did not return for breakfast after that. The first night we were there was a fire alarm ( about 2;30 am) and we all exited the building because of a false alarm (rather have a false alarm for sure) but they said in a memo pasted by the elevator that the alarm was not fixed and that it might happen again. The best thing about the hotel was the showers, and the room size was reasonable.

Hotel de negocios, no reserves si vas de turismo

Nos alojamos en este hotel en una habitación doble de dos camas. Todas las habitaciones son de dos camas. El baño contaba con ducha, algo raro en Japón, donde siempre hemos encontrado bañera. Las ventanas no se podían abrir y hacía que la habitación tuviera mal olor, se acumulase la humedad y subiera bastante la temperatura al darle el sol directo. Además, las ventanas no permiten ver las vistas por ser traslúcidas. Es un hotel en una zona de oficinas por lo que no lo recomiendo para un viaje de turismo. Si lo hubiese sabido, no hubiese reservado aquí. Está a media hora andando del centro de Osaka. Nos cobraron por recibir nuestra maleta un día antes de nuestra llegada, cosa que no nos ha pasado en ningún otro hotel de Japón.

This is such a wonderful hotel. It always smelled nice! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even through limited Japanese on my part. It had a lounge area where guests can sit and enjoy meals or simply relax, and that's always a plus. It was in a very quiet area as well. Highly recommended.
