Staff was awesome and totally helpful! Hot springs was GREAT! 7/11 around the corner And the breakfast was delicious! I still have the pajamas they offered lol Although it was 10/20 minutes away by taxi from Dotonbori I still loved my stay!

The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. The room felt a bit older compared to the lobby, and the step to the bathroom was pretty high, making going in and out of it a bit more cumbersome. The public bath was very clean, and easy to access. Although night time tends to get really busy, it is better to go in the morning when there are less people (unless you like the crowd). Also, the rooms are accessed via a code rather than keycard which was great as you just had to remember you code and not carry the keycard everywhere.

Room was ok but very dark. Staff were mostly ok but they knocked on my door at a little after 10 and then a guy knocked again and told me it was checkout time. Everyone knows itā€™s checkoutā€”why harass the guests? Let people enjoy their stay a couple minutes longer.
