Standard APA Hotel; however, the single room is smaller than the single rooms in Kobe and Himeji. Cleanliness is good and provided ammenities are good as well. Perfect for solo travelers and duo travelers (packing light).

Convenient and comfy stay

Booked this lodging pretty late, but enjoyed staying at this chain. The location was surprisingly convenient as it was really close to the metro entrance. The area was relatively quiet, but really accessible to the touristy areas of the city. Comfy rooms overall. A nice stay that is easy to travel from.

I try to stay at APA hotels while in Japan as they are always clean and safe and the staff are always polite and professional. This hotel is near restaurants and convenience stores and the Tokyo metro is connected to the hotel so it’s easy to get around. The ramen place across the road is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at when visiting Osaka.

The staff were nice, and spoke relatively decent English, which made it easier to communicate (which was much appreciated). However, the room that we were set up in smelt horribly of cigarette smoke, and the only way we could get rid of it was by running the air conditioning for a very long time. Overall, the building was very nice, but our room, I don’t know about other rooms. But our room was not nice.

Overall is very good service and hygienes in the hotel, love the spa Onsen facility. However the washing machine is not very efficient, it took us 3 hours cleaning and fully drying our clothes.

Great location with station outside. No stairs to floors meaning lifts were usually very full so leave extra time checking out. Staff were fantastic

Our stay was good. It was in a great location with close access to some of the different subway lines and only a 15 minute walk from JR Osaka Station as well. Close to different cafes and restaurants to try as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't great was the laundry machines. They took so long to dry anything where I eventually gave up and hung things up in my room instead of paying more yen for the dryer that was doing nothing.

Hotel has no lobby at all. You arrive and the line up is never ending. The rooms are way too small. In the morning the staff clean up the rooms so the hallway doors of the rooms are opened and it’s a mess on the floors all over… dirty carpet, dirty towels, it’s gross…. Also when you arrive before 3 pm , can’t check in before that , you are told to leave and come back…. At least have chairs to sit down or offer the clients to sit in the restaurant. For 200$ US dollars a night I’m not impressed!
