"The room was big and comfortable. The program card for the air-conditioner didn’t match the unit so couldn’t be operated, however that wasn’t a problem…come summer it may well be. Expect a laidback approach to service in the restaurant and you won’t be disappointed, otherwise great."

"I am rating the hotel the lowest possible score due to Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center not allowing me to shorten my prepaid 3 night hotel stay on March 4th, 5th, and 6th, 2026 at check-in to 2 nights and get reimbursed for the last night which was not used. Due to the Iran War, my flight to the Middle East was cancelled and I did not need to stay the last night in Casablanca to catch my flight. Most hotels will allow you to adjust the stay at check-in, but not this Radisson. I suggest that you do business with a hotel that is more understanding in a war situation. They should be ashamed of their business practice. They told me at check-in that I needed to get my reimbursement from Expedia, but it was really Radisson that refused to reimburse me."

"Didn’t go to the pool.. too cold.. my cleaning lady was excellent, I gave her a very good review, the staff running the restaurant I found to be quite slow in first of all acknowledging my presence, then in taking my order.. so if they could just speed things up it would really improve their performance.. overall a very nice hotel."
