Hotel was in a good location, you can walk to the old Medina and Casa Port Station. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. It is in a dense area so do not look for any views even if there is balcony, but that did not matter. Rooms are definitely clean and updated. Breakfast was good, but would have preferred food to be warm, most items were cold. Overall a decent option to stay.
The room was clean, but no fridge or microwave. Just a kettle. Access to an iron. Beds were firm. The staff were great. The location was in the heart of the Medina, close to public transportation and restaurants. It wasn’t very noisy. We didn’t have any breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Kudos to Mohamed. Very friendly and kind. Would recommend this hotel. Traveled with a group.
The place was really clean, but the shower drain was clogged and water got everywhere. It was a pretty bad shower experience. Other than that, it was fine.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating.
A special thank you goes to the receptionist, Nada, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She was professional, always greeted guests with a smile, and was incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Her dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference.
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness
I chose this hotel due to the affordable rate and its convenient, central location. Despite this, it was fairly quiet from city noise. While the storage space was adequate, there were only 2 hangers. The bed was clean, but the floors were dirty. There was also a used bath towel with a piece of someone’s hair still on it hanging in the bathroom. I communicated this to the staff and requested for the bathroom be cleaned while I was out for dinner (this request was not fulfilled). The bathroom tile & wood finishes were worn and the shower doors didn’t completely close, leaving a good part of the floor wet after showering. A stylish, wide sink, but limited usable counter space in the bathroom. That said, the water pressure and temperature were good, and they offered luggage storage after checkout, which was helpful. I was also pleased to find it to be a very short walk to public transit options at Place des Nations Unies.

Disliked: Staff & service
