"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and incredibly quiet, breakfast offerings are extensive and excellent and coffee and tea service is available 24/7. I plan on staying there again in December."

"The man who checked us in, Brian, was so sweet and helpful. The room was fine and it was inexpensive but in retrospect I wish I would have stayed in a hotel a short walk to Emeryville Amtrak station because the neighborhood was intimidating. We had no problems but I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"This was a very nice hotel and the price I secured was very pleasing to my budget. I was able to visit the Bay Area and not break the bank. The hotel was close to the Jack London Ferry stop so it was an easy quick ride to San Francisco. Also the hotel is only a short walk from the BART stop, to get to and from the San Francisco Airport, so you can save a ton of money using public transportation, no new for rentals or Ubers. The only drawback was that it was not many places that were opened downtown on the weekend for food but I was able to find some good eats in walking distance from the hotel at the Oakland Street Food Cafe, great food. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again if I visited the Bay Area. Its both affordable and convenient to get to. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful."
