"Super nice very clean staff very helpful"

"$96 a night for garage parking is a total ripoff. 2 of the 5 nights I was awakened in the early morning by clanging bottles picked up in the dumpster by a trash truck."

"Iconic old hotel"

"The price seemed reasonable when looking online, and parking was better than other hotels in the area, but there is an additional "Resort Fee" charged for each day. When I asked about it they said that covered Wi-Fi, gym and coffee in the room. The hotel is dated, and it is noticeable, The gym is limited, and the coffee in the room is not replaced if you do not request room cleaning. When I entered the room, the bed looked like it had been slept in, and there was a tea package as well as some...

"I stayed the first night. The next day I discovered the room had a wall lamp held on with scotch tape and was falling out with exposed wires. I was moved to another room for the remainder of my stay and asked for a refund of the first night as I felt I was put in a fire hazard. I spoke with three clerks but no manager ever addressed this with me. I booked via Expedia who I notified. Krista then contacted the hotel manager who refused my request because I continued my stay."

"The worst customer service staff. Will never go back"

"The food taste like your grandma was in the kitchen, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Only drawback was the lackluster business center."

"Great room for a great price"

"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, room was good. Breakfast was good if you need something quick. Could not turn the shower on without getting a face full of cold water do to the weird glass partition. It's loud! You can hear everyone in the halls, if you are staying on the water side you hear trumpets at 7:50am every morning."

"Really nice hotel"
