Location was fabulous, staff were fantastic, room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Parking garage is offsite but nearby. Only negative was elevator at parking garage was out of order when we were checking out so had to lug suitcases, etc up to second floor.
We had a wonderful two nights stay at the hotel. The room is very clean and spacious. The gym room is quite big and is well equipped. We really liked the breakfast. Most importantly, staff was amazingly nice and friendly. We can’t wait to comeback.

The room given had a leaky roof and bucket in the floor. We had to inform the front desk, show the pictures and then got the room changed.
Other amenities were ok, breakfast was good.
Everything was great except a woman (manager?) in the cafeteria (Kitchen) was not friendly during the Sunday breakfast probably because we took a little longer time to chat with our cousins who were also staying in the same hotel. She snapped at us and ordered us to return/place the plates/utensils to the bin where they keep the used/dirty plates until they wash them…
It was a little disappointing to get snapped at…
Other than that it is a great hotel: clean, amenities, like the gym, courteous staff….
After a long, uncomfortable train trip, it was wonderful to walk into the lobby to a welcoming environment and the smiling face of the front desk person. Room ready, quick check-in and relax!
