"Excellent experience every time we stay here. Amazing breakfast!!"

"Second time visiting the hotel. When I am in Oakland this is my go to hotel in the middle of downtown and lake activities."

"Almost perfect the staff super nice the answer any questions you have the room perfect all we need to stay one night thanks so much"

"Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth the price."

"Staff at the front desk were always very kind and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and loved the location. I also felt very safe staying as a solo female traveler."

"This is a very standard motel, not the best location, but the important thing that it is near the BART station just minutes away. So if you’re going to San Francisco, it’s a good location to stay."

"My toilet was clogged the entire time no matter how many times I complained it didn't get fixed. It smelled so bad. I had no microwave the the fridge didn't work."

"The place was beautiful, even in the single night we were there it looked great. So it was unfortunate that the bed wasn't made nor were the sheets washed. The place also smelled a lot of dogs and their excrement. And the dogs barked and got really loud when you went to the bathroom. I would like to try and stay again if it were more clean, and actually meet the the owner, they were very accommodating and we got in and out with no problem"

"Great place to stay! Loved having a bar in the lobby."
