"Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to help as necessary. Everything was within walking distance. We only had 1 day that, for us was a washout. The jungle helps with any noise from other rooms. Highly recommend the night walk, especially for kids. The Puma trail offers a bit of nature if you slow down and look. There are other tours available also. Go with a guide, they will point out thing you will miss."

"The staff was welcoming and the property is clean. It’s a wonderful location for accommodations, soaking in the hot springs, and has an incredible breakfast buffet. The swim up bar was also a fun experience for our family. We would highly recommend and return in the future!"

"La mansion is in a beautiful location, and has nice views of the lake. The swimming pool and hot tub (more of a warm-tub) were great. I also loved our bright yellow room with crazy tiles thoughout the bathroom. The restaurant was ok. I would recommend eating at one of the local sodas instead. Overall, a great spot if you have a car to explore the area(Including La Fortuna)"
