"Enjoyable stay on the whole due to the friendly polite staff and the amenities of the hotel. Only downside was the price of food and drinks which I thought were outrageous. Breakfast 32 dollars plus taxes per person Buffet lunch 50 dollars per person Mini bar I beer 8 times more expensive than store price I tried to book including breakfast on Expedia but I found no option. All in all it was a great one time experience but I would try to find a better value hotel in future"

"We had a great stay at the hotel. We recently spent two nights at the hotel and left wishing we could have stayed longer. The hotel and facilities were superb but the service from the staff was excellent. We did the Halong Bay 2 day 1 night on the boat and Mai chau 3 days 2 nights with them .it was an incredible experience. our tour guide was extremely helpful and you can tell that he really cares about all those on the tour. We had a great room over looking the city which I would recommend....

"My room has no lake view and face the street, lot of noise from bar nearby all night long, request room with lake view to avoid the problem. Walking distance to the west lake, 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants, breakfast is ok (you can order from menu for free), only there for a night so no comment on gym & pool, bed is superb, pillows are soft, AC work well, shower is good although if you use shower in tub be caution that floor will be wet and slippery. "

"Room is comfy, but yes if you are short like me you will have to jump on to the bed. Location is great, waking distance to everything. Great pho not far away, pizza is 2 blocks, coffee place around the corner is awesome. Love the bathroom. Oh, food is also great. Tastes nice and selection is quite impressive. Wish I didn't have to rush to Halong Bay so could enjoy more food. The people truly made my stay wonderful. So helpful, smiling, attentive. Love it. So experience this hotel as...

"Could have been very satisfied but ended up VERY DISAPPOINT. Overall the rooms are very good (I've booked for 5 rooms with double and family room). The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is good. But there's one thing that really disappoint me and my family is that the ignorance of the housekeepers. I'm not sure when they're doing our room they have other things in mind or not, but they threw away my brother's retainer (which is very strange since he put it in a proper box), our toothpaste...
