"The rooms at this hotel were a perfect size. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the room and it had keys so you could lock it if you left with all your belongings inside of it. Everything seemed brand new. The only thing was I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the shower lol the only recommendation I would have would be to put a nightstand in the bedroom as there is nowhere to set anything. Overall, it was an excellent stay, very very clean nice location."

"Expedia has asked me to review this hotel. I made a reservation at this hotel, but the hotel did not have a room. The hotel notified Expedia, but Expedia advertised the room anyway and charged me for it. This is the same day a car I had reserved with Expedia with Hertz was absent when I arrived to rent it. Expedia has not remedied either situation. The callous indifference of Expedia evident in their absent customer service is disappointing but no longer surprising to me. As I could not trust a...

"Great location, easy walk to many restaurants. Close to all the main attractions, La Fortuna Waterfalls, rope swing, hot springs, hikes etc. The property is well-maintained, breakfast was tasty, lots of fresh fruit. Didn’t use the pool but it was very well kept."

"We enjoyed our stay and thought that the rooms were quaint and cute. The weather, however, was cooler in La Fortuna than expected. Add in the rain and that added to the temperature feeling even colder. Because of that the rooms got pretty cool and without having any sort of heat to turn on, that made our accommodations not as comfortable as we would've liked. "

Room was clean and spacious. For those driving, there’s ample parking. The trail in back is fine, but a bit overgrown & insect repellent is required, but nice walk."

"The location is very good with amazing view. The bedrooms are big. The only issue in the apartment and may be in the Condo, the water pressure is very low. So it is impacting both toilet and shower. "

"The hotel rooms is off the main road. There’s lots of restaurants with in walking distance to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is great. There is a pool and a jacuzzi pool. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed this resort, our home for 6 days. Not pretentious, truly authentic beauty. All staff were not only accommodating, but felt like friends, Joaquin, Luis, Jorge, Fernando, Leah and Justin, to name a few. Large rooms, excellent housekeeping, and restaurant had great options, some excellent ones. Could use more selection in cocktails for all inclusive. Lava springs and foliage/landscaping were the fantastic icing on the cake. Close to nature hikes, wildlife, and excursion...
