"I think we had the farthest room from the elevator but putting that aside, the room was great. Clean, spacious, and available when we arrived. Our room had a balcony which was great but the balcony was a “shared” balcony. Meaning there was no divisions/dividers between rooms. I guess it’s fine but I found it odd. But perhaps that’s just how it’s undone in Curacao. Regardless, the overall experience was great. I would recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Curacao. "

"My husband and I were impressed with everything about our stay at BijBlauw. We have never encountered such friendly, caring, helpful, service-oriented staff anywhere else in our travels. The waterfront restaurant is simply stunning. Waking up to breakfast on the sea was the absolute best! Followed closely by ending the day with a cocktail while watching the sun set. "Such a fantastic stay. Room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a lively street. It can get loud at night (Thursday-Saturday) but adds to the charm of Pietermaai. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and easy to walk to Punda and Otrabanda. Enjoyed having the pool to cool down after long days in the heat."

"What a charming boutique hotel. It was tranquil, clean, safe, and comfortable. Our room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Conveniently located by some really great restaurants, a bus stop right across the street, and a short walk to the city center. Appreciated having a pool in their large courtyard - we jumped into the pool at the end of every day! Stefano went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He gave us recs for restaurants, bars, and dive...
