"Staff were so friendly. Had a cute little note in our room from the housekeepers. Was a bit confused about where to plug in the kettle though. Only 2 coffee bags seemed a bit stingy and I do think sockets either side of the bed is something that most people expect now. But I have to say, the hotel was ideally situated and the staff really were lovely. We will stay again! "

"We booked this for its closeness to the O2. It ended up, not that accessible for the O2, the outside of the building and area isn’t the best but the room itself made up for it, spacious, modern and very clean. So overall, great value for the price "
"Great room, really strong shower. Loads of plug and USB sockets. Really clean. The bed and pillows were fantastic. Tiny niggles were that the extraction fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work and the portable fan in the room could do with a clean. We'd definitely stay here again. Great location. 10% off in the pub, what's not to like. "
"Wonderful view of London’s skyline! Everyone is so kind. I added one extra night, got free upgrade which allow me to stay in my room with city view, no hassle to move around. The extra night I booked actually for a room smaller/no city view. Thank you so much! Highly recommended. "
