"The hotel was in a nice location.Some of the front desk staff were helpful while others were dismissive and rude.The elevators broke down for several hours but they were only able to fix one. It made it difficult for guests to get around."

Our trip was in June & then we check into the hotel & they said that they did not see a note & they could not put us next ..."
