"The rooms were clean and very nice, on the smaller side with no view (brick wall next door), but very clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous. This little hotel is nestled into Koreatown, with amazing restaurants all around. You can get discount coupons for many of them from the front desk. The hotel continental breakfast was nice, as was the Udon restaurant right next door to the hotel lobby that served delicious food and had great service. A subway stop entrance right on the corner made it easy to get just about anywhere. And, the price was right!"

"Although the room is not very big, it is clean, well maintained, and fully functional. The bed is very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—right in the heart of New York and very central. The only issue we had was that the cleaner initially did not leave coffee or coffee cups. We had to ask the front desk three times before it was finally resolved. Overall, we would still highly recommend this hotel."

"Clean room, location and view of the Empire State building. The only thing I didn’t like was renting a room with a kitchen for almost $900 and being told by staff that I had to provide my own dishwasher soap & sponges. They cost $1.25 at Dollar Tree and should be standard in every room that has a stove and sink."
