Our flight was canceled out of JFK and we needed a one night stay. The staff was great but so many things were amiss. Phone not connected, no juice in the juice machine in lunch room, no hair dryer. We were awaken at 3 am from noisy, laughing men who stomped in the hallway in front of our door. Felt unsafe. With phone not connected had to look up phone # and call on iPhone. The hotel looked run down. The manager handled quickly.

This is not a hotel it should be a called a hot sheet motel. It was dirty, items were broken and things were missing from the room. The girl next door was playing loud music, having loud s** and smoking w**d. People rent rooms by the hour. Honestly, this place needs to be shut down ASAP! It was a total nightmare!!! Please remove this establishment from any listings.

Breakfast had No Food Orange Juice and Apple Juice machine was not working. One day during my stay an employee. Handed me a paper bag with 2 microwavable bagels 2 Small Cream Cheese and microwavable muffin. That was the only breakfast offered during my stay. King size bed was broken in the front mattress. Right front of bed frame was exposed but covered by bed sheets Very dangerous for any customer. The bathroom was beautiful. Especially the walkin shower

I'll start by saying that the staff was pleasant and the check in was good. The hotel is obviously used for long term stays (no more than 21 days, by the sign posted). The place is a bit stark. No carpets, so the echoes from the late night conversing in the hallways at 3-4am sounded like they were in the room with us... the window overlooked the elevated subway line and the windows were far from soundproof. The bed sheets did not fit (too small). On a positive note, the towels were soft and the price was good for the holiday season!
