Top New York Hotel Reviews
NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
8/10 Good
"Old hotel and room very small but to be expected in NYC. Bathroom very small in needed work and updating. The $40 “resort fee “ was ridiculous because this is not a resort. Now the good things. We were there for a Harry Styles concert at Madison Square Garden and the location of this hotel could not be better. Literally right across the street. We were planning on taking the train into NY but changed to drive from CT. Train station also right across the street. Fifteen minute walk to Rockefeller Center. The parking garage is also across the street. Nice Italian restaurant in the hotel along with a 24 hour diner. All of this is what you are paying for and well worth it. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Next trip to NYC will definitely be staying here"

Hyatt Grand Central New York
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here about 8 years ago and the facility is much improved and completely spotless. Beds are super comfy Location is perfect!! So close to the excitement of Times Square but far enough to be able to sleep. And by being next to Grand Central, transportation was seamless."
Empire Hotel
8/10 Good
"The location of the hotel was nice. Close to Central Park, Lincoln Center, subway, shops and a Starbucks next door. The room decor was very outdated and could use some fixing up. No safe in our room, although advertised as having one. Nice size TV and bed was decent. You could get bottled water from the front desk every day so that was really nice and the staff was very friendly. We had brunch on a Sunday at the restaurant on the Mezzanine level and it was really good. Highly recommend eating there. The rooftop pool is extremely small and the gym was decent. The shower faucet fell off and I feel like the bathroom needs to be updated. No extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom which was weird. Overall, it was okay for the amount of time we spent in the room"
Hotel Edison Times Square
