"We were disappointed that we had no refrigerator in the room. My husband is a diabetic and has meds to be refrigerated. Went down to ask to have one brought up. Manager that was on got us an upgraded room. We were down to one elevator and long lines but this was not the staff issue. Enjoyed our stay !!!!"

"The Sheraton was very nice and I wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying here. The location was great for what I wanted to do while visiting. There were some areas for improvement. Our room didn’t have a TV remote. I had to request one. The water pressure in the shower was solid, but I would have liked more. Lastly, the AC in the room didn’t seem to make the room as cold as I wanted."
