"Comfy room, perfect for having a base following days exploring. For where it is located it was quiet in the rooms. Good to have complimentary water and bathroom amenities. It would have been nice to have a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful"

"FLY/NATS IN SHOWERS. HAIR IN “CLEAN TOWELS” Stains on bed sheets. Weird smell coming out shower drain. Rude security guard AND front desk workers. The ONLY convenient thing is the location being in Times Square. Other than that throw it away. And the lobby looks nice, but the rooms are like little jail cells. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a wicked man. OHH and a cleaner opened my door while I was in bed because I didn’t respond to “housekeeping”. ( this was around 9am BEFORE the 12pm checkout time). I’ve NEVER in my life written a review. But this place right here. Nah I want my refund—still waiting for them to respond to my email sent DAYS AGO. Be careful with this catfish place. "
