We had great street parking. The desk staff were efficient, processed booking and gave me keys.
Room was hideously small with very good bed. Coffee maker was misding a vital piece, so no coffee on the morning
Loose shower drain needs fixing to the tiles, replace the shower curtain with a glass door
Friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel room itself is small, but at least it's been remodeled, and the bathroom was good. Also appreciated having a small refrigerator.
I booked a Queen Accessible Room for two nights via Hotels.com. We are an elderly couple with mobility issues, and have stayed in your hotel before. We were put in room 410. The bed isn't a Queen bed, the room is barely 9 foot by 6 feet. The bathroom is almost as big as the bed room. The idea that this room is 'Accessible' is ridiculous. There is no room either side of the bed to get into it, you have to climb over the end of the bed across a metal frame. To cap it all, in the morning there was no hot water for the shower. We left after one night.
