"We had a fantastic stay at the ROW NYC hotel for the Harry Styles concert! The room was clean and we had absolutely no issues. While there was a long check-in line, the staff was very kind and gave us water while we waited. We had some issues with Expedia communicating with the hotel, but the staff member calmly and quickly handled the issue. It was in a great location and was super close to Times Square and the subway station. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The only hotel that our family will stay at in NYC. We came in late from a long day of travel and both David and Angelique went above and beyond to make us comfortable in our rooms with their friendly and welcoming personalities as they checked us in. And lovely Mohammed visiting us after our check in to make sure all was well. The personal attention and warmth that this hotel is second to none and our family is beyond grateful for the excellent service, stay and experience. We look forward to coming back again soon and seeing this wonderful staff!"

"Very busy hotel. I did get a great deal on 3 rooms for a group of 10. On the plus side the front desk was super nice and allowed us in our rooms at 2 pm even though check in is at 4 pm. On the negative side one of the rooms was not fully cleaned- beds were made but there was only one towel which appeared used in the bathroom"

"Everything was great except valet parking I park my Lamborghini there and someone wrote on it with a pen and the staff called there self cleaning it and scratched my Lamborghini"
