"Overall, I had a good stay at this accommodation. It is centrally located in Chinatown, right next to a very lively street where a market takes place. As a result, the area is busy from early in the morning until quite late at night. However, I requested a quiet room and was given one, which I really appreciated. The room itself was quite basic and sparsely furnished, with only a relatively small window. The interior felt rather cold and lacked a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was...

"Good location, nice staff, close to KL Sentral station"

"Nice hotel with friendly staffs, recommend for next visiting :)"

"Great room, fantastic location, very spacious and convenient to attractions. Most communications over whatsapp. Check in process is a bit weird and concierge not the most friendly."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the St Regis, everything was perfect. The hotel itself is astonishing, a well deserved 5 star. The rooms are very spacious, very comfy beds, clean, well serviced and a beautiful bathroom. There was a Japanese toilet which was novel ! Each morning the breakfast was wonderful.

"This hotel in an old building. That said, the elevator, air-conditioning, shower, toilet, all worked. The desk staff and doorman were very helpful. The breakfast was OK, but I was disappointed that it was an Ameri-Brit buffet. We chose this hotel because of location which was incredible. We were at the market in Chinatown. Very fun. The hop on hop off bus was a good value and was close. Fun shopping and food out the front door."
