Staff are excellent, super friendly and helpful. Hotel location is right next to the central market, very assessible to 2 LRT stations. Hotel surrounded by the homeless that one may feel comfortable if you come back late. On the other hand, high chance that there are bed bugs in the room we stayed as we felt so itchy......

Very handy central location. Possible to walk to some attractions but very usefully close to 2 metro stations. Once you have your metro pass you're able to anywhere easily. Beautiful and plentiful breakfast, both Asian and European style. Friendly, helpful staff.

Small room but comfortable enough and had everything we needed. Air con was not very effective. WiFi was good. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Bed was comfortable and shower was decent. Could do a bit better on the cleaning and room was quite tatty. Great location right next to central market and only a few minutes from Chinatown, rail stations and bus stops

We didn’t like the breakfast at all and there was no water available. The room was ok, the cleaning was good. The pool is small but has a very nice view.

Stayed here for three night, on arrival the a/c wasn’t on in our room so it remained completely warm over the next day. It’s also not powerful whatsoever so you don’t feel the effect. Room was okay, very small but was cleaned each day. The shower drain constantly clogged so ended up over flowing onto the floor. Location is good, beside central market and near a train station.
