"Our cleaning staff was excellent! The only issue was that we encountered disgruntled employees about tipping bc we didn’t understand the culture. Once we found out the customs, we didn’t encounter the attitudes anymore. Jerome, the employee at the beach/pool was awesome and needs a raise. He is the best part of the resort!!!!!!"

"The property is beautiful no doubt about that, with stunning views since it sits pretty high up ( maybe on one of the highest points) in a residential neighborhood. Therefore it is quite far away by foot from restaurants, shops, beach etc. It only makes sense if you have a rental car. We, unfortunately stayed in a room (Pearl)on the first floor that resembled more a cell than a hotel room with two twin!!!! beds, one chair with a small round table that was too small to put a computer up and...

"Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!"

"The pictures that you see on website are totally different than the hotel rooms. Furnitures at rooms, bathrooms and showers are old and disappointing. I paid extra for ocean view room, but all rooms with the ocean views were under construction and I got a partial ocean view room."
