"Not a 4 star hotel. Deferred maintenance, a/c wasn't working and lobby needs updated/replaced furniture. We upgraded to Nagomi room, lots of space but quite run-down. Sofa was very worn, shower room didn't have proper ventilation so paint was chipped, outdated vanity. Indoor pool/hot tub needs remodel: mold on windows, walls and corners; grey residue along hot tub walls and overflow filter, old/green carpet in gym and hallways. Buffet breakfast and staff were great!"

"A couple minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom and the plunger in the toilet had to be reset a few times. Beds are on the firm side. The stay was good and would stay again "
