"I was there for one night, overall experience was good. Hotel staff was very helpful and Hotel was clean. They had clean laundry room and clean elevators. Breakfast was okay but coffee was not good. The shuttle service was not useful as our flight was evening and we had checked out at 11 and left the luggage in hotel reception to explore the city. The shuttle service was only available until 11:40 am. I wish they has shuttle through the day."

"This hotel was amazing. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and courteous, there’s a 7-11 on the lobby floor to get all your drinks and snacks. The buffet was delicious the staff was courteous and friendly. The only drawback was the location, it’s about a 1.5 to 2 hour train ride into Tokyo. The Narita train station is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel, or the hotel has a free shuttle service to the train station, the local mall and to Narita airport. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to experience Tokyo."
