"Very nice hotel. Away from the crowds but within walkable distance from Santa’s village and bus stop that takes you to Rovaniemi center. The igloos are amazing. You can watch the sky and relax thanks to the piece and quite surroundings"
"Fantastisk fornøyd! Utrolig serviceinnstilt og hyggelig resepsjonist! Bare smil å møte, da vi spurte om det var mulig å fryse kjøleelementene våre. Nydelig frokost med det lille ekstra, som friske bær i porsjonsglass og tilbud om alkoholfrie meget smakfulle bobler i champagneglass! Kvalitetsprodukter på badet. Stort pluss med kjøleskap på rommet og gratis parkering. Med så mange plusser betyr det ingenting at innredningen er litt mørk. Kommer svært gjerne tilbake!"
"Beautiful hotel. New. Quiet. Staff was great. We got upgraded to Aurora cabin room. We enjoyed our stayed wonderful night. We told her that we need to leave early morning before breakfast. So she gave us breakfast box last night. So kind. We will be back here again the next trip in Lapland."
