"Rooms were clean and our maid was great. Restaurant needs to serve alcohol and have ice machines in the halls. Breakfast was wonderful lots of options and very efficient. Location is good and close to MRT station and shopping. If you take a Tuk-Tuk beware they want to take you to only places that charge you double if not triple the cost of things. Same with Taxis. All of our excursions were able to find the hotel but one whom which we were charged but didn’t get to go on it because they forgot us. Rooms supply complimentary water, soups, pop, and coffee/tea. Pool was very disappointing. Only got a little sun during the day and was freezing cold. Otherwise hotel was nice. "

"I loved our stay! The bed was the most comfortable bed I stayed in Thailand! The free boat shuttle to the icon Siam mall was great! The pool was outstanding! Breakfast buffet was great too! All the staff was so attentive and very pleasant! Thank you will stay again!"
