It also served as an ideal home base for our trips to Volcanoes National Park and Akaka Falls. Plus, the proximity to Hilo Airport made our travel logistics incredibly easy. If you're looking for a comfortable, spotless, and central spot to stay, this is it!"

"This is a beautiful, quiet property just above Hilo town. The view of Hilo from the property is AMAZING! Great value for the room we had for 5 days. The property is very relaxing and the sounds of the coqui frogs at night add to the feeling of relaxation and induction of sleep. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Hilo."

"Tucked between 2 apartment complexes with NO air conditioning lead to a sleepless night. A group of men/boys returned from the bar/club at 330a and were so loud - boasting and yelling about a fight they got into at the bar/club. Room was okay - desperately needs upgrades. Pool and beach area filled with locals that weren’t very inviting. Security at hotel was helpful and nice. View from room was beautiful but worth what we had to endure thru the night."
