What a fantastic stay for our large group! Convenient location close to Nagoya Station, Bathhouse was family friendly and excellent breakfast. Staff did a great job attending to our needs. Thank you for the great experience!

Very nice hotel room for family stay! This was the first time my kids tried public bath, and they loved it! The bath was very clean, very well maintained and enjoyable, so we didn’t have any chance to use the shower in our room at all (although it was also very nice and modern)! You must not miss the hotel breakfast, as you can have the famous Nagoya local cuisines all in one place, and all you can eat! Welcome drink was also refreshing. During our stay, the hotel also offered seasonal shaved iced at the lobby and loved by both kids and grown ups!

Location is convenient, close to Nagoya station. Staffs are friendly, onsen and free popsicle after onsen are nice. They also have free drinks and free toiletries at lobby, and guests can access shared microwave. Overall, we found everything very thoughtful.

We stayed for two nights. 100% recommend their breakfast, very good value and the food is amazing. Staff very friendly but compared to other hotels we've been in Japan, they weren't fluent in English that we had to communicate using a translator. The room was small but it had a window with very nice sunlight. We reallly enjoyed their public bath and the pjs they provided were of the best quality. Overall very satisfied that we'd stay there again!!!
