綺麗なホテルで駅近で良かったです。 朝食付きですごく美味しかった。 名古屋飯を朝から満喫できました。 天むす、鰻丼、きしめん、手羽先、、、 どれも美味しく満足です。 子どももしらすおにぎり小さめに作って貰い喜んで食べていました。 リピートありです。

We had a nice stay! The location was excellent, just a 5–10 minute walk from the entrance of Kyoto Station which made our day trip to the Nakasendo Trail very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was a big plus. Both our room and the hotel were spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed having hotel pajamas, which were a nice touch, as well as a small fridge and kettle in the room. Another convenient feature was the coin laundry and microwave located on the 5th floor. The hotel had everything we needed for our trip and we would recommend it.

Deposited my bags as too early for check in. Japanese male staff at reception speaks good English and very helpful too. Didn't realised we had stayed here before many years ago! No wonder my husband found the path along the railway so familiar. Happy that we have chosen this hotel again. Thank you

Affordable hotel near Nagoya Station. Good staff, clean room and the size is quite big compared to other Japanese hotels I have been to, breakfast buffet is one of the best, free drinks( tea, coffee and juices throughout) the day. We will always stay here on my next visit to Nagoya

It was the best hotel I have ever been (and I have been to a lot)! The staff was amazing, super helpful, even holding the elevator door for us! I am definitely staying there again (or the same chain) next time! Thank you for your hospitality!

お部屋はとても清潔でした。 朝食が美味しいと評判だったので、こちらに２日間宿泊しました。 1日目は和食　2日目は洋食 両日とも小倉バターパンはサービスしていただき、2日間ともペロリ。 立地は新幹線口と言うだけあり、朝から夜まで新幹線＆電車の音が賑やか😅 それでもまた行きたいと思います。

Wonderful place, very convenient location, clean, safe, and friendly. The breakfast was also nice and served for a good 3.5 hours. I also appreciated the relatively early check-in and late check-out, for Japan this is not so typical. I would love to stay here again.
