Wir verbrachten zweimal mehrere Nächte im Hotel und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch konnten wir problemlos zwei Koffer für 6 Tage im Hotel belassen. Bei der Ankunft für unseren zweiten Aufenthalt waren die Gepäckstücke bereits im Zimmer. Im direkten Vergleich kann ich die Deluxe Zimmer besonders empfehlen, da die "normalen" Zimmer japantypisch klein geschnitten sind. Das Deluxe ist doch deutlich geräumiger. Lage super (alles ums Eck und trotzdem in der Nacht schön ruhig)

Hôtel idéalement situé : à 5 minutes à pied des stations Fushimi ou Sakae (et sa grande galerie marchande), ou à 2 minutes à peine du musée des Sciences. Etablissement moderne, très propre, et qui propose de nombreux services : des machines à glaçons et des micro-ondes sont en libre service à certains étages, et un distributeur de boisson et des machines à laver sont disponibles au dernier étage. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. Mais ce qui m'a le plus marqué et que j'ai vraiment apprécié, c'est le sens du service du personnel, dès l'arrivée à l'hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés sous la pluie, trempés : le personnel nous a immédiatement proposé une serviette pour nous essuyer pendant le check-in. Ils nous ont ensuite prêté un parapluie lors de notre première sortie. On accède à l'entrée de l'hôtel par un escalier ou par un escalator montant : à notre sortie, la jeune femme au guichet est allée inverser le sens de l'escalator pour nous permettre de descendre facilement avec nos valises. J'ai séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels au Japon, mais jamais je ne me suis senti aussi bien accueilli. Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir à Nagoya, je retournerai avec plaisir dans cet établissement.

お気に入りのホテルです。 静かで落ち着くのが私の推しです。 浴室に準備されているアメニティ、今はフロントで自分で用意するところが多いのですが、私はこちらの方が好きです。そして何より、歯ブラシが柔らかいのです。 ホテルですと歯ぐきから血が出るほど硬いものが多いのですが、トラスティさんの愛がこの歯ブラシのやわらかさにも感じられます。 細やかな心遣いありがとうございます

This hotel is a bit rough around the edges. I have allergies and they were not able to provide an allergy free room to a reasonable standard. The hypoallergenic pillows were limited and had to be reserved in advance and were hard as a rock. They said the room was smoke free but you could smell smoke in the headboard and curtains. The carpet was nasty. My allergies flared up and I had an asthma attack. The bathroom was a tiny elevated cubicle. Functional but tiny. The staff were kind and helpful. There was a drying line in the bathtub. They did not allow for early check in without a fee, even though they said the room was ready. But they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage and brought my luggage to my room. There was no lobby to speak of, no coffee maker in the room or free coffee at the front desk. There’s no gym or workout room. Minimal amenities. The elevator doesn’t go to the ground floor. Instead you had to request that they reverse the escalator. It was functional but I would never stay there again.
