I enjoyed using the public hot tub every day during my stay. The room and all the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. If I visit Nagoya again, I will definitely choose this hotel. Thank you for making my trip to Nagoya such a pleasant experience!
Nice Central area close to the trains to get to the Formula One race track

I loved how clean the room was. It is on the smaller side if you’re used to American sized hotel rooms but I thought it was just enough space for myself. The area is convenient and it’s centrally located around a lot of major spots.
Good value for money. No free parking, but the hotel suggested a few car parks nearby thru email after booking, which cost only around 800 yen for overnight parking. The hotel also has free public bath available.
Likes:
Interesting breakfast with the option for in-room dining.
Beautiful minimalist design.
Good size rooms.
Environmentally conscious.
Friendly staff and service.
Onsen. Washing machines, vending machines, microwave, ice maker.
Dislikes:
Lack of parking (but understandable in a big city).
Lots of noisy kids running up and down the corridor late at night after 10.30pm.
Lots of kids in the onsen with parents/adults shouting at them to behave.
Maybe a special floor for young children would help.
I love the Hotel andRooms chain and have stayed there many times in various cities. This is the first time I have not slept well there and have not enjoyed the hot baths.
The hotel location is okay. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the main streets of Sakae. The hotel room is spacious, however, it was very dirty upon arriving. Traveling with one year old and five year old, I had to literally mop the floor. There was so much hair and dust on the floor. There's a nice public bath on the top floor, however, this place was also very messy. Only 4 locker keys work out of 15. I don't understand why they wouldn't fix the broken lockers. We went there twice every day, and yet never ran into a person cleaning the space.
Nice stay, not much to complain about really other than two nitpicks:
My bed had light shining in from the corridor through the peephole, somehow hitting me directly in the face in the middle of the night.
Claiming to be eco friendly and then serving individually wrapped Q-Tips is a little ridiculous.
Wasn’t the best. DONT GET THE BREAKFAST. Breakfast was a poorly made lunch sandwich with four potato chips. The room was like a cheap dorm room. Probably won’t stay again
