"Comfortable room and king size bed, excellent bedding, comfy mattress, only wish was for larger pillows. Good ac, very quiet room. Coffee and tea in room, great service from staff. Absolutely fabulous buffet breakfast and very short walk to omicho market. Will stay here again!"

"The room was very clean. The hot springs were amazing this is our second time staying with this hotel chain the first one was in Kyoto and we liked it so much that when we found out there was another location we had to stay there. Definitely recommend"

"The hotel is ideally located in Katamachi, with many dining options, convenience stores close by. For anyone looking to take buses to the tourist attractions, this is a great option. The rooms were clean and atmosphere was relaxing. I was a bit disappointed that they do not offer TaQBin services - they only received luggage, but they do not assist with forwarding luggage to the next destination, we did not experience such a problem with the OMO5 hotel in Kyoto-Gion.
