The property was a very good value. Breakfast is awesome! It was quite nice and in a very good location - very close to the market, short walk to Kanazawa Castle, the park and the gardens. The baths were very nice and they even have an outdoor one that has walls on all sides but is open to the sky...it was snowing when we were there which was cool. Great place to stay.

This hotel is in a great location and so easy to get around to all the main attractions . The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was very clean and I would highly recommend if staying in Kanazawa

Great area, easy access to most tourist destinations. The hotel also has free bike rentals which is great for exploring the city. The only complaint is that the public bath is stagnant so the water is not filtered constantly which seemed odd compare to other hotels we have stayed at

Morning too early, but great location!

Room was over all comfortable, but they are NOT black out curtains. So with a 4:30 AM sunrise, if light wakes you up, you’ll be awake. Otherwise good stay and good location, especially for the Castle and the Samurai district

While the room and hotel were terrific, the stars of this place are the staff. I interacted with the front desk numerous times and every time they were incredibly helpful and thoughtful

Great hotel, the rooms are modern and spacious. The breakfast is good and the location perfect. Two details are that the breakfast is too early 9:30am and the onsen doesn’t allow people with tattoos which is no that common in hotels.

Lovely stay in a comfortable and spacious room.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Very spacious room (slept 5) and very spacious bathroom with twin sinks. Only issue was very poor water pressure / flow in both sinks. There was no issue with water pressure / flow in the bath. Parking was available at the rear of hotel at 1300 Yen per night.
